Article 1: General provisions

By placing his order, the customer acknowledges that he has read and accepts the general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2: Price

All prices in our catalog are always exclusive of 6% VAT.

Article 3: Deliveries

For domestic shipments the delivery cost is €5.  We charge 10 euros for the neighboring countries, 15 euros for the other countries. For more information, you can always email or call us during office hours.

Article 4: Offer

The offer is valid as long as stocks last and can be adjusted at any time.

Cookie Time is entitled to refuse orders, to adjust delivery times, to split the deliveries, or to attach other conditions to the deliveries.

Article 5: Payment

Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. By bank transfer to the account number BE88 1280 3134 2041

Financial discount 

• When paying before 10 days after the invoice date, a 2% discount can be deducted from the invoice amount.

• When ordering from € 200.00 a 10% discount can be deducted from the invoice amount.

Article 6: Sanctions for non-payment

If the invoice is paid after 30, the total amount will be increased by 25%.

Article 7: Complaints

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of the products or other shortcomings in the delivery must be reported immediately to the delivery via email: be01aus@pf.cofep.be 

Article 8: Refusal of an order

Cookie Time can refuse an order in the following cases.

• In the event of suspected abuse of law or bad faith on the part of the customer.

• When stocks are exhausted or an item is no longer available.

-In case of force majeure

Cookie Time can in no way be held liable for any allergic reactions or health risks associated with the use of a product.

Article 10: Privacy

Cookie Time undertakes to use the customer's data exclusively to meet customer demand.

Cookie Time treats all data of its customers as confidential information and will never pass this data on to third parties. The customer can request, correct, change or delete the data stored in the customer list at any time and can refuse Cookie Time to use the data to send information.

Article 11: Applicable law – competent court

In the event of disputes97, only the Courts and Courts of Antwerp are competent.
